Mission in Action series: Our visit to Star Light Bilingual Nursery and Primary School Mbanga

At Bess International Foundation, we believe that every child deserves a conducive learning environment. As part of our ongoing outreach initiatives, our team recently visited Star Light Bilingual Nursery and Primary School in Mbanga, Cameroon.
During this visit, we donated study benches to ensure that pupils have a comfortable place to sit, learn, and grow.
Beyond the donation, we also presented the school with a Certificate of Achievement in recognition of their dedication to providing quality education, and we had the privilege of engaging with the school’s head teacher, sharing our vision for accessible education and hearing first-hand about the challenges faced by the pupils.
The smile on each of their faces said it all. Sometimes, it’s the simple things that make the biggest difference. A bench isn’t just wood and nails… it’s a space for learning, laughter, and growth.
