Our BESS International Foundation team visited Base Bilingual Nursery & Primary School in Mambanda as part of an ongoing project to better understand the challenges they face.
From our conversations with the school leadership and our observations, it’s clear that despite the dedication of the staff, the learning environment needs significant improvements.
The leaking roof, damaged walls, lack of proper toilets, and other infrastructure challenges directly affect the quality of education the children receive.
This visit was not just about identifying problems. It was about listening, learning, and building a path forward.
Together with partners, supporters, and the community, we are committed to exploring sustainable ways to create a safe, conducive, and inspiring environment for these young learners.
Every child deserves more than just a place to sit and learn. They deserve a place where dreams can grow.
